2. Educational Purpose — Not Financial Advice

All content on this website, including mentorship sessions, free resources, and any other material provided by Simple Trading, is intended for educational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

Trading financial instruments, including Nasdaq futures and other derivatives, involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all individuals. Past performance — including any win rates or results referenced on this site — does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any financial outcomes that result from them.

By using this site or purchasing any service, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks.

3. Services Offered

Simple Trading offers the following services:

• 1-on-1 Mentorship Sessions: Live, private coaching sessions conducted with Scrixter. Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement following a booking request.
• 4-Week Intensive Program: A structured four-week coaching engagement including multiple sessions and ongoing personalised feedback.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout.

Mentorship Sessions: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Refund requests for sessions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4-Week Intensive: Given the time commitment and preparation involved, the Intensive Program is non-refundable once the first session has taken place.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Simple Trading — including session materials, charts, and any other educational content — is the intellectual property of Scrixter and Simple Trading. You may use this content for your own personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, publish, or create derivative works from any Simple Trading content without prior written permission.

6. User Conduct

When using this site or participating in sessions, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information during booking
• Record, redistribute, or resell any session content without explicit written consent

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Simple Trading and Scrixter shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this site, your participation in any session, or your application of any educational content provided — including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data.

8. Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of this site or our services at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
